Congratulations to Christina Jahr for winning first prize for best poster and Veronica Duarte for second prize!!!

The 5th annual Teacher Internship in Plant Genomics Poster Session will join the 12th annual Masters in General Biology Program Poster Session in BioSciences West 301, on July 27, 2006 2:00-4:00 PM

If you want to print a banner (everything on one page) poster, check out these possibilities:

FastCopy in the student union prefers Mac format but can use PC format and the file needs to be in Adobe Illustrator, but you can also bring it in Adobe Photoshop or Freehand. Remember to keep 1/2" margins all around (the printed area for a 24"X36" poster would actually be 23"X35"The UA Library: has slightly better prices. Disk format needs to be PC, check out the web page for specifics on file requirements. If you have your poster printed at the library, use the TIPG account to pay for it.

If you wish to be ultra professional, go to Reproductions Inc. (corner of 6th Street and 6th Ave.), but your price will easily double. They will mount, laminate, add Velcro, or whatever you want to have done to your poster.
